I.B. Rupani has accumulated a wealth of experience during his involved in the international business world for the past 35 years. Areas include: India, Japan, Hong Kong, Russia, and the UAE. He achieved his start in the import/export trade and has ventured into other industries including electronics, raw materials, and now, real estate.
He has been involved in many real estate markets worldwide over the past 35 years including the UAE freehold market since its inception in 2002. Through Blue Water Real Estate, he passes on his extensive knowledge of the UAE to investors and clients. I.B. Rupani brings his experience and knowledge of many markets and business practices to Blue Water Real Estate. His vision is to use this knowledge and experience to create the most professionally-run real estate company operating in Dubai today.

Aman has extensive experience in the UAE real estate market having been involved in investing in the freehold market since its inception in 2002. The experience and knowledge accumulated over the years inspired Aman and his partners to establish Blue Water Real Estate, with a view to providing service and financial consultancy that is unparalleled in the industry. Aman has a strong financial background and provides detailed financial analysis for our investors.
Aman manages the portfolios of a number of clients for Blue Water Real Estate and uses a finance-driven approach to maximize returns for investors. He is also involved with handling the day-to-day operations of the company.
