Blue Water’s humble beginnings started in 2002 when IB
Rupani, our investment-savvy founder, recognized the potential for growth and ventured
into some of Dubai’s
earliest freehold property developments. This soon turned into an advisory role
with friends and contacts abroad looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable
source to help them guide their investment decisions.
This dynamic side
business grew so profitable and time-intensive that in 2004 Blue Water Real Estate was formed to accommodate
growing demands and requests. Today, we are more than just another real estate
brokerage, but could be more accurately described as property consultants. As
investors ourselves, we have come to know the market inside-out, and can
actively keep our clients up to date with the most attractive deals and
relevant information. Despite enjoying rapid growth in the past few years, our
fundamental vision has remained the same: to provide the best service with a
high level of integrity in order to build long-lasting and mutually-profitable
relationships throughout the industry.
